What does my deposit go to and is it refundable?

All deposits are applied to the services or course(s) booked and secures your desired time and date. All deposits or payments are non-refundable or transferable. The only exception to the transferable rule is if you are sick which then you are allowed to transfer one time to a new date. This is always up to owner’s discretion.

If I book online, am I still required to pay a deposit?

Yes, booking online all clients are required to pay a 30% deposit. Clients do also have the option to prepay for their appointment in full. 

What is your cancellation policy?

Clients are encouraged to review the cancellation policy prior to booking. It is the client’s responsibility to know the policy. Any appointment cancelled 24 hours or less before the start of the appointment is subject to a 50% service charge. Clients do have to agree to this policy before booking an appointment.

When do your books open?

Our books open every 30 days to the date. We always encourage our clients to book in advance if they know their schedule. We do offer an “outside of hours” service that is a $50 additional fee.

What do I need to do before my appointment?

If you are receiving any type of facial or lash extension service, we ask that you come to your appointment bare faced. If you are coming to any type of waxing service, please make sure you are hydrated and exfoliated. If you are receiving any type of permeant makeup or chemical peel service, please adhere to your waiver and service provider’s directions.

What if I develop an allergic reaction from products used?

Please understand that all services provided cannot be guaranteed that an allergic reaction cannot occur due to the nature of what we do. We ask that you fill out all forms to the best of your ability so that we can attempt to be extremely accurate with any treatment plan or services we offer. If you develop any allergic reaction to anything, please let your service provider know within 36 hours and/or consult a medical professional immediately.

Are refunds allowed?

Due to the nature of the services and classes we provide we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Please reach out if you have any issues with anything that was provided to you.

Do your courses count for continued education hours?

We are proud to announce that any course that is taken with The Dae Spa does give licensed individuals CE hours whether you are taking a in person or virtual class. The classes do give you a certificate of completion once all steps are complete
