a. To secure a date for services, a signed contract is required with a deposit due at the time of signing. This deposit is non-refundable.
b. The balance is to be paid in full the day of your event. Cash or credit card payments are accepted. Gratuity is not included in your final cost, but is greatly appreciated.
c. Hourly rate of $(input price) is applied per hour toward final balance if touch-up services are needed.
d. On-location travel fee may apply, but will be included in your total cost.
e. If extra makeup artist or assistance is needed there is a $(input price) fee if he/she is needed due to the large party. This fee should be paid to the person on the day of the event.
In the event that the client wishes to cancel this service contract it needs to be arranged in writing or email 30 days out from the scheduled event. If the services are cancelled 16-29 days out the client is responsible for 50% of the remaining balance. If the services are cancelled less than 15 days out the client is responsible for 75% of the remaining total.
Daesha Turnbo, owner of Beauty By Daesha Ranay, can not be held accountable for any allergic reactions, or any complications from the makeup or application. Any photos taken by Daesha Turnbo can be used for Beauty By Daesha Ranay for promotional use on website, social media, or flyers unless otherwise agreed upon prior to the wedding date.
